IDF has been always in the forefront of creating leaders and champions among school and college students through our structured leadership programs. During 2020-2021, we have introduced Military Leadership Values Programme. It's a 90 min X 4 sessions (2 sessions per week) programme and it is conducted by retired armed personnel. The officers will share their life journey in 4 sessions and impart important values in the youngsters. It's a success proven model for imparting values and discipline in young minds. Its open for all undergrads and also NCC/ NSS groups. It is available online/offline, for a batch of 50 students. Students who attend all 4 sessions will be provided with a certificate of participation. MLVP is an offering by IDF to the students which is purely complimentary.
